From there the agency will do all the leg work in finding the perfect candidates to interview with you, as well as running their background report, references, and checking their certifications.

Rates
$250 nonrefundable start up fee
(will go towards final amount due)
36hrs+ weekly
12% finders fee of annual nanny salary or minimum $1500
15-35hrs weekly
15% finders fee of annual nanny salary or minimum $1000
Nanny yearly salary to be negotiated by your family with help from placement agent.
