Who We’re Looking For
We work with passionate, experienced caregivers who:

Have a minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience

Are CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)

Show warmth, reliability and strong communication skills

Are able to work legally in the United States

Are comfortable with short-term, part-time or on-call placements

Are respectful of Hawaii’s diverse cultures and families
Bonus if you:

Speak multiple languages

Have experience with newborns or children with special needs

Hold a degree in early childhood, education or related fields
Placement Types
As a member of our team, you may be eligible for:
Vacation nanny work
(resorts, hotels or private homes)

We hire only once or twice a year. When we open applications, we notify our waitlist first.
